·        The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings, subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

·        Refund more than 2 weeks before - If you wish to cancel three or more weeks before the start of the course, or the start of the series of classes you have booked, the course fee will be refunded minus an Administration Fee of £45. This does not affect your statutory rights.

·        No refund less than 2 weeks before - any cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the course will not receive a refund or a credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

-         In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of booking. By completing your booking and making payment, you request that the service commences within this period and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once the service has commenced. Where the service has not yet commenced and cancellation is requested within 14 days of booking, our standard cancellation policy above will apply.

·        Sickness - No refund or credit can be made for a child's absence or illness from any sessions. In the event of a serious or prolonged illness preventing attendance for three or more consecutive weeks, we may at our discretion offer a credit note for the unused sessions in that term, upon receipt of supporting medical evidence. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. This does not affect your statutory rights.

·        Force Majeure - if an in-person lesson cannot take place, for reasons of Force Majeure (natural disaster, attack, pandemics, strikes or extreme weather), or following a national or local lockdown for any pandemics or other public health reasons, lessons will then be given online until classes are able to resume. In the event we need to cancel a session for reasons other than force majeure, we will offer a replacement session or issue a credit for that session.
